Before we delve into the collection of easy weight loss recipes, let me first share my experience with the BRUNO air fryer. What initially drew me to the Bruno air fryer was its incredibly stylish design. It is available in classic red and mint green. The appearance and button layout yield a charming retro style. I chose classic red, which goes well with our water bottle and sodastream, adding a delightful touch to our kitchen even when not in use. The vibrant red is also quite appetizing!

One standout feature of the BRUNO air fryer is its remarkable ease of cleaning. Even when cooking meat at high temperatures for extended periods, very little sticks to the pan. Any residue can be effortlessly rinsed off with water, requiring no scrubbing and ensuring the cookware remains undamaged. On the other hand, Ares' air fryer from XiaoMi tends to leave a dried sauce layer after air frying tilapia (recipe provided below), which I have to scrub off with a toothbrush for proper cleaning. Additionally, its handle is inconveniently located in the middle of everything you have to do, supposedly designed to make it easier to remove the rack for cleaning, but in reality, it just collects oil crust and traps food in the small space beneath it. In contrast, the BRUNO air fryer features two larger openings on the rack that serve as leverage points for easy removal, enabling better utilization of space when placing ingredients and facilitating cleaning without any unreachable corners.

Furthermore, the BRUNO air fryer boasts excellent oil and juice containment. XiaoMi's air fryer often allows meat juices to overflow, causing a mess inside the machine that is challenging to clean, especially since the machine cannot be immersed in water. Moreover, the grease guard below the heating ring, although impressive in appearance, proves to be rather useless as it cannot be removed for cleaning. Wiping it with a cloth fails to thoroughly clean all the small holes, and reaching the heating ring is impossible, leading to unsightly buildup after just six months to a year of use, similar to the filter of an old kitchen range hood. In contrast, the BRUNO air fryer features a simple design without a grease guard, making it easy to clean with a cloth after each use and overall more manageable to maintain.

  3. Shape into bite-sized meatballs and place them evenly on the bottom of the air fryer.

  4. Cut the bell peppers into bite-size pieces, season them with salt and dried chili flakes, then place them evenly around the meatballs.

  5. Use the "fish" setting on Bruno air fryer (180°C/356°F for 15 minutes)
