There are three skincare details when it comes to looking young: eyes, neck, and hands. Fine lines in these area creep upon you without noticing. My problem has always been fine lines under the inner corner of my eyes. My allergies and lack of sleep also leads to dark circles that I need to cover up. I don't wear foundation, just concealer for my dark circles. But no matter how thin the layer of make up is, the fine lines lead to unevenness and cracks. Shallow as I am, we have to start with the beautiful packaging. The burgundy box has silver characters hot-stamped onto it, which looks extravagant and elegant. The product is packaged in a syringe so that you can conveniently push out just a little each time. The syringe itself is also burgundy with white hot-stamped characters. The material of the hub and plunger are both reflective, giving it a metallic looks. It's so delicate and serves as a decoration on my makeup counter as well. I don't think I'd be able to dispose of it once I am finish the product.

It says on the box to use it just 1–3 times a week. Because it has really strong repairing properties, you don't really have to use it so often. The texture is nourishing but not too heavy. At first, I pushed out a few dots under my eyes and massaged it in. But I later realized that product about the size of a single grain of rice was enough to work through both of my eyes. So you really don't have to use up too much at once. When you are done, make sure that you clean the tip of the syringe and place the plug back in before putting on the cap so that the product doesn't dry out or clog up.

After I remove my make up and cleanse my face, I would apply a bit of hyaluronic acid toner and wait for it to completely absorb. Then 10–20 minutes later, I would use Vine Vera Resveratrol Chianti Age Correcting Syringe around my eyes and use a retinol cream on the rest of my face. Once everything is fully absorbed, I would apply a thin layer of moisturizer to lock everything in. For the first week, I used it every other day, which means 3 times a week, to quickly repair the visible fine lines, then I switched to once a week for maintenance–until I had to part with it when I gave it to Ares. When I am not using the Age Correcting Syringe, I use a night-time gel mask to retain moisture.

The morning after I first used this, I realized that it's much easier for me to apply makeup. I thought I was imagining it so I continued taking pictures to document the changes. The fine lines under my right eye has always been less serious than those under my left. The third time I used this, I noticed that the fine lines under my right eye has significantly lightened and became barely detectable! They have been so smoothened out that they did not effect my concealer at all. I was really excited and shared the pictures with my mom and her friends who were over. Since they are typical Asian moms, I can obviously do nothing that pleases them and they said "it has to be because you just applied it."
