Christmas is coming, have you started with your Christmas shopping? I haven't finished mine but I've already bought a bunch of presents for myself. Yes, I'm single as fuck but I can still get matching rings if I want, right? My left hand is marrying my right.

Back when I went clubbing and partying, I wore a fake wedding ring for a year, in attempt to fend off fuckboys, but I lost it. When I saw how beautiful and affordable Vana accessories are, I couldn't resist buying a pair! I asked Ares to be my hand model. I got Love Intertwined · "flower nest" matching couple rings the pictures turned out to be so pretty and romantic that I suddenly wanted to just find a random guy and marry him.

Vana Affordable Jewelry—Packaging

The packaging of Vana is named the "romantic rose gift box." Sporting a beautiful turquoise blue with a stretchable ribbon on top that can be removed without being undone. Once the ribbon is removed, the transparent lid can be opened, revealing the gorgeous turquoise rose. The drawer below contains your jewelry. The rings were respectively packaged in airtight zip bags, which could prevent the pure silver from oxidizing. Not only is the product well-protected, they are also shipped with matching paper carry bags, making them perfect as a present.

Vana Affordable Jewelry—Material (S925 pure silver+cubic zirconia)

I'm not rich but my body apparently thinks I am. Other than pure gold, pure silver, pure platinum, and stainless steel, I am allergic to every other type of metal. My mom used to make me wear a watch to train my perception of time. Up until high school, my left wrist was covered scars and open wounds from my scratching because of my allergies. They only slowly recovered once I stopped wearing a watch. But of course, in the pursuit of beauty, I cannot resist accessories, which makes the material that they are made out of extremely important. Vana's accessories are extremely affordable but they are all made out of pure silver or 18K gold, putting me completely at ease choosing from their collection because I would not have an allergic reaction at all.

Vana uses selected Austrian cubic zirconia. Cubic zirconia is the most realistic manmade diamond substitute aside from artificial diamonds. It is extremely difficult for non-experts to tell them apart with the naked eye. Although the reflectiveness of cubic zirconia is not as impressive as natural diamonds, they have no natural flaws like diamonds do. No matter how high quality a diamond is, it would always still have a slightly yellow tint, while cubic zirconia would be much whiter. Which actually makes up for the lesser reflectiveness. It is perfect as everyday jewelry or as a promise ring. It is also a lot cheaper, so you would not feel bad subjecting it to everyday wear and tear.

Vana Affordable Jewelry—Design

The design of Love Intertwined is just like its name suggests. The center of the band is designed with thinner, intertwined curves, just like the tight emotional weave between lovers, perfectly demonstrate how the feelings and lives of couples are tightly interlaced. The hollow carvings in between shows how couples still retain their own time and space. The hollow parts make it seem as if there are gaps in between, but in reality, they are closely bound together and inseparable. In the center of the women's ring sits a large cubic zirconia, which makes it appear like a diamond rings. On the sides of the large gem, two smaller ones hug and complements it.

Vana Affordable Jewelry—Adjustable Band

Are you worried about not being able to fit the rings? What if you got it as a present for your partner and they can't wear it? That was what Ares said when I first handed him the ring as well "How do you know it would fit me?" All Vana rings marked "open-band" on the website have adjustable bands. They are hidden on the inside of the band, making them super un-obvious! With some adjustable bands, the two sides meet on the inside of your palm, parallel to each other; if you adjust them to become tighter, they'd even show on the outside. Some adjustable bands simply come with an opening in the band, not only do they not look good (look like ring-pops, really), it limits the range that you can adjust between as well. I never liked either of them, which is why I never bought rings online before. But Vana's adjustable bands have a very special design. The ends of the two sides overlap. The outer ring has a slight indent on the inside, which the inner ring can sit in. When you adjust the ring, the band follows the indent like a railway track, so the rings easily keep their shape and you can't tell that they have been adjusted at all.

The men's ring can be loosened to fit the middle and ring finger on Ares' left hand. When I tighten it, I can fit it on my pointing finger. I tighten the women's ring to fit it on my middle and ring finger on my left hand. For size reference, my hands are relatively big but my fingers are quite thin and long.
