If you see me troubled by issues of skin whitening, you know that it's about intimate whitening. I mean, have you seen how tan I am? I used to love wearing jeans and I was also a fat kid, when I realized and started caring that it caused my inner thighs and intimate area to turn dark due to excessive rubbing, it was too late. But I still believe that a pink, white intimate area is not myth that only exists in porn! If I would just extend my skincare routine further south, I'm sure I can get it to be plump and pink. You guys already know that I use intimate whitening cream and serum. At first, I saw drastic changes, but after 6 months, I feel like I've reached a plateau. Though it's already 2 shades lighter than before–trust me, I compared photos, don't ask–it's still a different shade from the neighboring areas. And there are a certain spots that are darker , which really bothers me. So I recently started using the Intimate Whitening Mask from reDance. We all know that we have to start our skincare routine at cleansing and we need to use a face mask once in a while. Why didn't I think that intimate whitening skincare is the same?
Intimate Whitening: reDance Intimate Whitening Mask–Anti-Bacterial
I love going to the beach, everyone knows that. But ocean water is actually super dirty. It's gross. Have you ever thought of the fact that you are swimming in fish poop and international pee water? Sorry. And when there are big waves, sand would get stuck in my bikini. I don't mean on the fabric, that happens but that's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about how it gets stuck between my intimate area and my bikini. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about. It's happened to you. Plus I wear thong bottoms which really pushes the sand in there, I always have to go back into the water and fix my bikini bottom multiple times to get rid of the sand before leaving. So when I get home, it's very important to cleanse properly to avoid an infection. I used to get yeast infections so easily because I had no idea what they were about. I would even get a yeast infection from using feminine wash that wasn't suited for me. Like wow, picky much? Thankfully, I understand how my body works much better now and have been keeping it healthy.
I also bike around most of the time, so butt sweat is kind of inevitable. One of the major reasons I chose reDance Intimate Whitening Mask was because it is anti-bacterial. Though it cleanses well and effectively gets rid of bacteria, I find Intimate Whitening Mask to be quite mild. It's one of the few intimate cleansing products that does not cause irritation for me. Compared to intimate skincare products, I am much pickier when it comes to intimate cleansing products because you know how it's difficult to avoid getting some of the intimate cleansing product in your vagina. I tried a well-known European intimate wash a few years back under the recommendation of a friend, but it gave me yeast infections like never before. As soon as I started using it, I kept getting infections. When I stopped, it cleared up. Because it wasn't mild enough for me. Actually, it was so strong that it killed the probiotics in my vagina and had an adverse effect.
Intimate Whitening: reDance Intimate Whitening Mask–Quick Absorption
The Intimate Whitening Mask comes out in the form of very smooth and silky bubbles. The instructions on the bottle says to first clean your intimate area by rinsing it, then squeeze the Intimate Whitening Mask in your palm and cover your intimate area with it. Wait 5–10 minutes before rinsing it off. But I find that the mask gets absorbed very quickly, so when I squeeze it in my palm and take my time applying it, it disappears into my palm before I can get the job done. (I would just have... a really pale... palm? lol) So what I do is that I shower first then squeeze some directly around my bikini line then quickly spread it backwards toward my entire intimate area and backdoor, leaving a thick layer of bubbles. While I wait, I cleanse my face while standing in front of the sink. The bubbles are kind of anti-gravity or something, they don't really fall or drip so it doesn't make a mess on the floor or mat. They would just stay put and be slowly absorbed. Once I finish cleansing and moisturizing my face, it's been about 10 minutes. The bubbles would have mostly disappeared and been absorbed, then I would return to the bath tub to rinse it off.
After using the Intimate Whitening Mask, there is an immediate lightening effect, just like how your skin appears to be brighter immediately after you use a face mask. but this effect isn't permanent with just one use, same as how the post-face-mask glow doesn't last forever. You have to continue using it to achieve a long lasting effect. At first, I was naturally kind of disappointed. I would see it and think "Oh... Why isn't it as light as it was this morning right after I finished using the mask?" But the results add up, after using it for a week, I do see a bit of a difference. The areas that weren't too dark to begin with are starting to appear to be the same shade as the skin in the neighboring area. I can barely see a V-shaped discoloration from the front anymore.

The PH of the Intimate Whitening Mask is 3.5, making it perfect for the acidic environment of your vagina When I was a student, I used an intimate wash my mother purchased which created such a negative impression for me. Which is why I wasn't willing to try any intimate wash until the past 2–3 years. My mother bought an intimate wash from a pretty famous cosmeceutical brand. I have used their other products including lotion made for sensitive skin, which really helped me in the past when I used to have eczema. But I could not tolerate the intimate wash at all. The smell isn't unnaturally strong but it permeates through my entire bathroom. The Intimate Whitening Mask contains probiotics to help maintain the health of your intimate area. It's also nationally certified to fight off 96% of candida albicans—which is one of the main causes of yeast infections. It gives you a healthy vagina, with the help of humulus lupulus extract and origanum vulgare leaf extract which enhances the strength of your skin, it effectively eliminates odor. I tested this product while I was on my period, there wasn't much of an odor even though I was bleeding for five days straight. So, no shame in period sex. (Also, how has menstruation not been eliminated through evolution??)

I did laser hair removal treatment on my intimate area, so moisturizing is especially important. The Intimate Whitening Mask contains hyaluronic acid and patented xylitol which really creates a plump and smooth effect after each use. Most of the ingredients used in the Intimate Whitening Mask are natural plant extracts and I am able to recognize most things in the ingredient list, which makes me feel pretty safe using it.
